YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant and/or finance administration professional to join our newly created Order to Cash Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.

THE JOURNEY

Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA’s
Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies
Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, including payment application and follow-up on overdue invoices.
Manage reconciliations and month-end closing
Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents
Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner
Train new team members when applicable
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
Support Billing Specialists when needed
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring To The Ride

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in billing
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting
Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Service-oriented attitude
Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness
Attention to detail with a quality focus
Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player
Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Finance administration knowledge is a plus
Office Suite expertise (Excel)
Excellent English communication skills required; additional languages, particularly Portuguese, are an advantage
