The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Contract Billing Specialist to join our remote team. This position will manage billing operations across our multi-site clinical research network, ensuring accurate revenue cycle management and timely collections while supporting our mission of advancing medical knowledge through meaningful clinical trials.
What You'll Do
Process and submit billing for clinical trial services to sponsors, CROs, and insurance providers
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues with sponsors and vendors
Maintain accurate billing records and generate monthly financial reports
Coordinate with clinical teams to verify billable services and study milestones
What We're Looking For
Required: 2+ years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience
Required: Proficiency in billing software and Excel (advanced functions preferred)
Required: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred: Clinical research billing experience
Preferred: Knowledge of insurance billing processes and CPT codes
Preferred: Experience with multi-location billing operations
