Accountabilities detailed herein are to be always carried out in a professional and positive manner. The main tasks to be completed include:
Customer Management
Service & liaise with customers regarding equipment for on-hire/ off-hire
Upkeep of equipment rental movement records (in rental database) and procedures.
Ensure that all invoices are issued and sent to customers on a timely manner (ie: via email or courier)
Rectify incorrect or rejected invoices immediately and send out to customers once amendment is done.
Send report or email to customers requesting for overdue or monthly PO outstanding.
Close follow-up with customers on overdue debts with close co-ordination with Finance Department.
Update, generate and prepare equipment status reports.
Liaise with Commercial Team on new customer set up and any other matters that may hinder billing cycle.
Ensure all equipment certifications are available and up to date by liaising with suppliers and UK team, and advise operations team for next inspection cycle.
GENERAL
Overseeing Customer Service staff data entry on SES custom designed database, including
Update of lease data
Creating new equipment
Logistics & Certification
Full ownership of SAGE data entry of monthly rental invoicing and credit notes, ensuring completion is accurate and on time
Credit Control debt management
Checking and responding to Hire Control emails regularly
