We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team on a casual basis of 10-30 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for billing duties and various operations accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. What You'll Do
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project contract agreements and company policies.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Accountants to resolve billing variances, delivering excellent and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with other operations accounting tasks as requested, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Who You Are
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in invoicing and project accounting
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in accounting or business administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage 300, and 4castplus.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records and processing transactions.
High integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.

Ability to maneuver effectively in a fast-paced, high-functioning environment, while prioritizing and delivering multiple requests at the same time.
Ability to remain objective and maintain a factual perspective when dealing with questions and inquiries
Ability to work within a team environment but also independently as required.
Detail orientated with the ability to write clearly, accurately, and concisely.
Tools, Systems, Equipment and Machinery:
Office Equipment (Photocopier, laptop, computer).
Accounting Programs Sage 300
MS Office 365 Programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Physical Requirements:
Long periods of sitting, data entry, computer work for extended periods. You are responsible to work in a safe and proper manner.
