The Billing Administrative Assistant supports the billing team with the day-to-day tasks of the department.
Position Description:
Research and prepare reports
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Filing and Scanning
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organizes workload to ensure follow-through, accuracy and timely responses
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
Reliable team player and self-starter
Ability to prioritize and complete requested tasks
Professional phone/email etiquette
Strong time management and organizational skills
Law firm A/R experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Excel and Office 365 applications
