Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and community-driven individual to join our team as a Welcome Center Representative (Part-Time).

This role is at the heart of our work, supporting community members with:
- Resume building
- Completing applications and documents
- Translation and interpretation
- Scheduling appointments
- Connecting individuals to essential resources

In this position, you will also help coordinate legal services and support diverse immigrant and refugee communities. You’ll serve as a key liaison with partner organizations, help build trust in the community, and contribute to the development of worker centers across the state.

This role also includes engaging and mobilizing community members, supporting leadership development through public speaking, volunteering, and storytelling.

Schedule: 25 hours/week (shifts may vary between 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00 PM–6:00 PM)
Some Saturdays required
Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented

Comfortable with public speaking
