Job Description
Role Title: Bilingual SDR (English–Spanish) – Inbound & Pipeline Ownership
This is a fully remote work opportunity for the role of Bilingual SDR (English–Spanish) – Inbound & Pipeline Ownership, open to candidates across Latin America, provided you have reliable internet and hardware that supports high-volume remote work.
• Applications with an introduction video attached will be prioritized.
Due to the fully remote nature of this role, it is important that candidates are comfortable communicating on video calls.
Role Summary
You take ownership of inbound leads the moment they enter the system—initiating contact, running discovery calls in English or Spanish, and driving each conversation toward a clear outcome.
You do not “manage leads.” You move them—forward to the next step or out of the pipeline.
This role runs on volume, speed, and persistence. You are expected to follow up more times than feels comfortable and push conversations toward decisions, not stall in “checking in” loops.
Filtering signal:
This role is not for candidates who wait for leads to respond, rely on scripts, or avoid pushing for decisions.
Core Responsibilities
1. Immediate Lead Engagement
• When a lead comes in, you reach out immediately (call or message) instead of batching or delaying outreach
• If the lead is responsive, you convert that moment into a scheduled or live discovery call
• You choose the language (English or Spanish) based on the lead and control the flow of the conversation
2. Discovery Calls That Lead Somewhere
• During calls, you ask structured questions to uncover intent, urgency, and fit—not just surface-level info
• Before ending any call, you define the next step (booked call, qualified opportunity, or disqualification)
• You do not end calls with “we’ll follow up”—you lock in a direction
3. Follow-Up That Forces Outcomes
• After every interaction, you immediately log notes and set the next follow-up action in the CRM
• When leads go silent, you re-engage using multiple touchpoints (calls, messages, variations in approach)
• You continue follow-ups until there is a clear outcome: advance, convert, or close out
4. Objection Handling in Real Time
• When a prospect hesitates, you identify the actual objection (not the surface excuse)
• You adjust your messaging mid-conversation instead of falling back on scripts
• You push for a decision—next step, commitment, or disqualification
5. Pipeline Ownership & CRM Discipline
• You update CRM after every interaction—notes, status, next step (no backlog updates)
• Your pipeline reflects real-time reality, not “hopeful” deals
• You actively manage deal movement—not just activity volume
6. Feedback Loop & Improvement
• After repeated objections or drop-offs, you identify patterns and adjust your approach
• You share insights that improve conversion, not just report activity
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 2+ years in SDR, inside sales, or lead generation roles with live call experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to switch mid-conversation without losing control
• Proven track record of persistent follow-up (beyond 2–3 attempts)
• Able to run and manage your own pipeline without reminders or supervision
• Comfortable handling daily live calls, including rejection-heavy conversations
• Willing to work US-aligned hours in a fully remote, async environment
Filtering signals:
• If you rely on scripts to guide conversations, this role will not work
• If you need structured daily direction to follow up or manage leads, this role will not work
Tools
• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or similar)
• Dialers / calling tools
• Google Workspace
What We Actually Care About
• You follow up more times than most—and close more because of it
• You move conversations forward instead of maintaining “activity”
• You are comfortable creating tension to get decisions
• You maintain a clean, accurate pipeline without being told
• You can switch between English and Spanish naturally under pressure
• You take ownership of results—not excuses, not external factors
What This Role Is NOT
• Not a script-based or order-taking role
• Not for candidates who prefer email/chat over live calls
• Not for people who stop follow-ups after 1–2 attempts
• Not for candidates who wait for leads to “come back”
• Not for those who avoid pushing prospects toward decisions
