Bilingual Recruiter Rep

Parallel Employment is excited to announce an opening for a Bilingual Recruiter Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team, fast-paced Milwaukee office. In this role, you will be essential in connecting qualified candidates with meaningful job opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be critical in maintaining relationships with applicants and clients while driving recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit for various positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize various platforms for job postings, including job boards, social media, and networking sites.
• Conduct outreach to potential candidates and promote job openings to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Administer the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their employment journey, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to enhance recruiting efforts.
• The right candidate will have to be flexible and able to cover check-in's as needed.
• Good attention to detail
• The right candidate must be able to multi-task on a high level and be adaptable

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in staffing recruiting, preferably in a bilingual setting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Timeworks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
