Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
Greet and register patients upon arrival
Collect co-pays and payments
Communicate with patients via fax and text
Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare
Bilingual in English & Spanish (a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and polished phone etiquette
Must type 40 + words a minute
Schedule
This is a full-time position (36–40 hours per week), scheduled Monday through Friday, with working hours from 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
