Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Bilingual Lead Conversion Specialist whose primary responsibility is turning qualified leads into enrolled clients. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role and a top priority hire for our organization.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a friendly and professional personality, and has proven experience successfully converting inbound leads into active clients. While experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is preferred, we welcome candidates from related industries such as home care, HCBS, peer support, or broader mental health services — provided they have direct experience handling and converting leads.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

• Contact inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and email
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients and families
• Educate leads about services and answer questions clearly and confidently
• Overcome objections professionally and guide prospects toward enrollment
• Convert inquiries into scheduled assessments, intakes, or active clients
• Track and document all lead interactions accurately in the CRM

📞 Client Communication

• Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Provide empathetic, client-centered support during initial conversations
• Maintain a friendly, reassuring, and confident tone

📊 Reporting & Follow-Up

• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up systems
• Monitor pipeline status and conversion metrics
• Ensure no qualified lead is left uncontacted

Requirements:
