• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess personal injury claims including auto accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries
• Gather and accurately document client information, accident details, injuries, and insurance data in the firm's case management system
• Determine case eligibility based on firm guidelines and California personal injury criteria to ensure qualified leads
• Provide compassionate, professional, and timely communication to clients while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance
• Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure seamless case handoff and client experience

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist within a personal injury law firm.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures.
• Proficiency with CRM or legal case management software; Filevine experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in documentation and client information management.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and availability to work consistently during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical professional standards.
• Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when supporting potential personal injury clients during initial intake conversations.
