We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the role of Bilingual German/English Customer Service Specialist - Tourism Sector in Athens, Greece!
Join a dynamic team and deliver outstanding support to German-speaking travelers. You will be the friendly voice helping customers with their flight reservations, changes, and travel inquiries, mostly via inbound calls with some email support.
This is a true customer service role in the tourism industry, where your language skills and positive attitude can really make a difference.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in German (C1 - C2)
• Very good command of English (C1 – C2), as you will frequently liaise with airlines
• Being communicative, sociable and genuinely enjoys helping others
Nice to have:
• Previous work experience with Amadeus or Sabre
