Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of the Credit Department, the Credit Analyst is responsible for verifying the accuracy and compliance of the documents required for processing financing files. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and reliability of information prior to contract approval.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and review documents submitted by clients (identification, proof of income, bank statements, etc.).
Verify the consistency of information and ensure it meets internal and legal requirements.
Identify missing or incomplete documents and communicate with the relevant parties to obtain them.
Update files in the system and ensure thorough follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet processing deadlines.
Maintain the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Skills and Qualifications
Bilingual French & English
Diploma in administration, office administration, or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy in verification tasks.
Proficiency in computer tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
