About the role (BDR)
The BDR team fuels ScaleSource’s growth. You’ll identify and engage target companies, run outbound qualification, perform sales demos and close deals. Your job is to open doors with decision-makers, uncover hiring intent, and convert qualified prospects into existing clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Building and managing outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying needs, timing, decision process, and budget fit
• Setting & running sales demonstration meetings
• Keeping CRM data accurate and actionable
• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES/ DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:
• Prospect across multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold calling (50+ calls/day)
• Build and run a lead-sourcing strategy: broaden the prospect base, and keep activity consistent
• Own your pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, closing and account management
• Manage your time independently across prospecting, sales demonstrations and closing;
• Use consultative, solution-based selling to uncover needs and clearly communicate value
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of proven commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting
• 3+ years years of experience in high volume calling environment
• MUST BE LOCATED IN LATAM/CARIBBEAN
• 1 to 3+ years experience in performing sales demos
• Strong phone communication and clear articulation
• Excellent written skills (email and LinkedIn outreach)
• Demonstrated drive, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
• 3 years of experience in cold calling
• 3 years of experience in B2B outbound calls
• Strong time management and organization to balance customer engagement, closing, and CRM admin (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.)

Base Salary
Month 1-2: $1,500 USD
Ongoing (Month 3+): $1,500 USD as long as you close at least 1 new contract per month
Bonuses
$500 USD for each new contract beyond the 1st contract.
