Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Triangle area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon/evening hours.
The Raleigh-Durham area has a significant and fast-growing Latino population, and students across North Carolina need bilingual clinicians now. If you speak Spanish and want to serve your community — we want to hear from you.

The Work
Provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.
What You Need
• Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
Preferred
• CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
• School-based or youth clinical experience
Pay Range
$35—$45 USD
