Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English APCs to serve students and families across Georgia. This is a remote role for Associate Professional Counselors only, with free supervision (when caseload requirements are met), guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.
Gainesville's community is nearly half Spanish-speaking, and the demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds current supply. If you're bilingual and want to serve your community — we want to hear from you.
What Makes This Different
• Free supervision — no cost to you when caseload requirements are met
• Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
• $35–45/hr depending on session type
• 100% remote — work from home anywhere in Georgia
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
• No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
The Work
You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Georgia school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development.

• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
Preferred
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
