Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer satisfaction to existing and potential clients

Timely communication with stakeholders when there are issues they need help with

Verbally communicate with people you see on your computer screen using two-way communication tools

Communicate with customers and related parties via phone and email

Perform administrative task as per customer request

Manage customer's staff actions and report events to their management

Collect big data and compile reports pertaining to operations

Ensure smooth running of day to day operations in large facilities

Produce reports and other communication as needed

Requirements:

High school degree

English speaking and writing proficiency B1-C2

Good understanding of customer service

Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills

Ability to work afternoon shifts

A positive disposition

Capability to work from an office in Medellin - not a remote position
