Bike Courier Coffee Machine Service (40-60%)

As a bike courier, you ensure that our corporate customers in Zurich start their day with a smile and a perfectly brewed Gavetti coffee. Equipped with a cargo e-bike, you ride your individually planned route, take care of our beloved coffee machines and deliver an all-round service experience - fresh, fast and always with a good vibe. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate customer visits:
• You will be on the road independently with a cargo e-bike in Zurich, look after our coffee machine locations at companies and represent Gavetti Kaffee. In doing so, you actively seek contact with our customers and respond to their questions and concerns.

Service at the Gavetti coffee machines:
• Cleaning the coffee machines and ensuring that all surrounding areas are clean and hygiene guidelines are followed.
• Filling materials such as coffee beans, tea, sugar and checking the milk level, with replacement if necessary.
• Removal of the compostable coffee grounds bags for disposal in the warehouse.

Documentation:
• Reliable documentation is essential for our internal processes: scanning products, using our delivery app, and taking photos during working hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Your typical working day starts around 3:00 p.m. in the warehouse, where you prepare the necessary materials for your cargo e-bike. Once filled, you will start your tour and visit about 7-8 corporate clients daily, which are pre-determined.
 
On site, you will check the condition of the Gavetti coffee machines, fill materials such as milk, coffee beans, tea and sugar, carry out a thorough cleaning and take customer feedback. Finally, you document all the steps by scanning products, taking photos and entering the data in our delivery app. 
 
Your working day usually ends between 8 and 9 p.m. During your shift, you will work independently, but you can always contact our dispatchers by phone or via our messaging system if necessary, who will help you with any questions or concerns.

YOUR PROFILE:
• Service experience or experience in the food delivery industry, where you have had contact with many customers, is a plus
• You live customer happiness – and at FELFEL it always starts with a warm smile. :)
• Cycling is your thing, you love cruising through the city on two wheels, and you are always confident and having fun on the road, no matter what the weather may be.
• You love good coffee, like to try new things and share your knowledge with enthusiasm. ;-)
• Complete reliability and independence, attention to detail, precise way of working
• Initiative and common sense
• Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
• Non-smoker: You don't smell like cigarettes and don't smoke during working hours. FELFEL stands for a healthy lifestyle.
• EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit
