The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Team Lead to build and lead a full stack data oriented team responsible for developing our DEX platform. You will drive execution excellence, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and other teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready platform that scale.
You’ll be joining a growing R&D group with strong technical talent, high delivery standards, and clear leadership support. You’ll have the opportunity to shape your team’s direction, build impactful infrastructure, and work closely with cutting-edge initiatives and technologies.

How You’ll Spend Your Day:
• Team Leadership
• Guide and mentor a team of full stack engineers, promoting accountability, ownership, and technical growth
• Drive a culture of proactive communication, quality-first mindset, and collaborative problem-solving
• Manage delivery timelines and expectations with strong focus on predictability and transparency
• Planning & Execution
• Ensure features are well-scoped, designed, and reviewed
• Own the planning process: dependency management, early risk identification, and cross-team alignment
• Lead sprint ceremonies effectively, with clear goals, action items, and follow-ups
• Technical Excellence
• Own high-level and detailed designs for team-delivered features
• Ensure thorough design and PR reviews that align with architectural and security standards
• Enforce coding best practices, testing, documentation, and observability
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work with PMs, infra, automation, and other teams to build scalable platform features
• Align on feature requirements, UI standards, and integration contracts
• Quality & Ownership
• Ensure all deliveries meet definition of done: tested, documented, production-ready
• Oversee E2E testing, internal and cross-team, as well as production rollout readiness

Your Experience and Qualifications:
• 3+ Years experience as a team lead or senior engineer with leadership responsibilities
• 6+ Years experience as a full stack developer with strong backend orientation
• Proven experience in building systems involving data pipelines, APIs, and web applications
• Strong technical design, system architecture, and debugging skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on involvement in planning and delivery
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-product R&D organization
• Experience working with nodes, java and react
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, Kafka, Elasticsearch) - an advantage
• Experience building shared infrastructure or platform-level components - an advantage
