Job Description
The Bidding Specialist is responsible for managing the preparation of bids by analyzing client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring proposals are on time and meet specifications. They handle multiple bids and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
Requirements:
Analyze bid documents, customer requirements, and RFP specifications to prepare competitive proposals.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and technical teams to gather relevant bid information.
• Manage bid submission timelines, ensuring all documentation is complete and delivered on time.
• Maintain and update a database of past bids, competitive insights, and pricing benchmarks.
• Ensure all bids align with corporate strategies and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in bidding, proposal writing, sales operations, or contract management.
