The Role

This is a key role within our P3 / Biddable team, responsible for delivering best-in-class activation and performance across digital channels.

Approximately 70% of this role is focused on Paid Search, making it ideal for a candidate with strong search expertise who also brings broader biddable channel experience across social, video, and app.

You’ll work across UK and pan-European campaigns, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management, optimisation, and reporting of performance media campaigns, with a primary focus on Paid Search

• Support the delivery and activation of strategies across search, social, video, and app channels

• Work with data and analytics teams to optimise campaigns against robust performance targets, using a trading-led approach

• Identify and propose commercial opportunities based on data insights

• Manage tracking, trafficking, and bid optimisation using platforms such as SA360, Campaign Manager, Marin, and Sprinklr

• Build strong relationships with media owners and partners to drive innovation and learning

• Prepare and present clear, data-driven performance reviews for clients

• Maintain excellent organisation and communication across internal teams and clients

• Support and mentor junior team members

Client Service

• Build strong, trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively

• Develop a solid understanding of your clients’ business and objectives

• Ensure clients have the insights and materials they need to succeed

• Represent Mediahub with professionalism and credibility at all times

About You

• Experience in Paid Search and/or biddable media, with strong expertise in search

• Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns and working with data-led trading models

• Strong analytical skills – confident working with data and Excel

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) is a plus

• A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
