To respond for operating machines in Cold Prep production area to achieve production volume targeted, quality of product comforming with standard and safety of working environment.

▪ Be proficient for operating machines in Cold Preparation production area.

▪ Maintain and improve quality of workpieces produced by Cold Preparation production area.

▪ Comply safety regulation to perform any operation.

▪ Report to Cold Preparation Area Shift Leader.

▪ Skillfully operate machines in Cold Preparation production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.

▪ Arrange carrier, e.g. cassette flow to handle stock of output.

▪ Check and confirm correctness of details and quantity on the identification tag.

▪ Produce workpieces which meet the quality standard.

▪ Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect. And report the problem during operation.

▪ Understand system such as eWM, CGMS, QDA, Scrap booking and realize to avoid input incorrect data.

▪ Understand machine and realize to avoid making non-conform when machine has problem or break down and report the abnormal to be solved.

▪ Understand and use measurement tools proficiently. Measure and monitor the parameters following the topics as defined in standard.

▪ Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.

▪ Utilize given resources worthily.

▪ Comply safety regulation to perform any operation.

▪ Be aware of any risk probably cause major, minor accident or near miss.

▪ Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.

▪ Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties.

▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measure in case of unsafe or polluting hazards

▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

▪จัดเรียงผู้ให้บริการเช่น คาสเซ็ตเพื่อจัดการสต็อกของเอาต์พุต

▪บันทึกและรายงานข้อมูลการผลิตที่ถูกต้อง

▪ผลิตชิ้นงานที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามมาตรฐาน

▪เข้าใจประเภทของข้อบกพร่องและตระหนักถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงการทำผิดที่ทำให้เกิดข้อบกพร่อง และรายงานปัญหาระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน

เข้าใจระบบต่างๆเช่น eWM, CGMS, QDA, Scrap booking และตระหนักถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงการนำเข้าข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

▪ตระหนักและระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดงานที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน, งานเสีย,ความสูญเสีย ระหว่างผลิต และรายงานปัญหาเพื่อให้เกิดการแก้ไข

▪เข้าใจและใช้เครื่องมือวัดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทำการวัดค่าและเฝ้าระวังค่าต่างๆให้อยู่ในมาตรฐาน

▪ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาทักษะ

▪ใช้ทรัพยากรที่ได้รับอย่างคุ้มค่า

▪ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยเพื่อดำเนินการใด ๆ

▪ระวังความเสี่ยงใด ๆ ที่อาจทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุเล็กน้อยหรือใกล้พลาด

▪ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการใช้มาตรการและบำรุงรักษาการควบคุม

▪สร้างความตระหนักและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรับผิดชอบและหน้าที่ของ ESH

▪ตรวจสอบการแจ้งเตือนและการตอบสนองทันทีและเริ่มมาตรการป้องกันในกรณีที่ไม่ปลอดภัยหรือก่อให้เกิดมลพิษ

▪แสดงพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคลที่เป็นแบบอย่างใน ESH และกระตุ้นผู้อื่น

• Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.
• 0-2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
• อนุปริญญาสาขาไฟฟ้าเครื่องกลเมคคาทรอนิกส์เทคโนโลยีการผลิตหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 0-2 ปีในการผลิตและกระบวนการผลิต
