Contact Center in Amarillo, Texas, is looking for additional Inbound Customer Service Representatives for their team. Training starts soon – so don’t delay. Starting pay rate for these long-term opportunities is $12.00/hour ($13.20/hour for shifts starting after noon). Hours of training are 8-4:30 for approximately 6 weeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting healthcare subscribers with their yearly enrollment and answering other health insurance questions. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. NO SALES! Upon completion of training, you will be assigned an eight or ten hour shift starting as early as 7 a.m. or one ending as late as 10 p.m. Alternative shifts may be chosen after seniority is established. There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime. Occasional weekend and holiday work is required during the peak season.
The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience via phone or in person. A background check and drug screen will be required.
To be considered Bi-lingual, after training is completed, you will be eligible to take the Bi-lingual certification test. Once certified, you will be promoted to Bilingual CSR and will earn an extra $2.50/hr. This is formal Spanish, not conversational Spanish!
