BI Developer & Data Analyst - Tech Lead

Role Summary:

We're seeking a a Visualization and Analytics Engineer for highly recognized Engineering team that support AML Transaction Monitoring Program. Candidate will be working with core technology group on Cloud-Databricks environment in agile fashion. Prior knowledge of AML and Finance Industry is a plus

Role Description:

• Develop PowerBI/Tableau or other BI reports and Dashboards
• Develop and Enhance Existing Visualization Applications.
• Utilize cloud platforms, especially Databricks and SQL for understanding data.
• Able to Don multiple Hats and understand Data and come up with Key Insights and Representations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-10 years of BI/DA development experience in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis is a must
• Able to Design Dashboards for Different Audiences like leadership, business, operations etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Databricks is Big Plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Able to work independently with minimum inputs and directions with cross location teams.

Core/Must have skills:

• BI(Power BI/Tableau)
• SQL,
• Dashboarding and Presentation

Good to Have Skills:

• Cloud(AWS)/Databricks
• AML
• BA experience

Work Schedule : Hybrid (12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
