BI Consultant

We provide professional services in areas including data governance, cloud analytics, data architecture, data warehousing, data visualisation, predictive modelling, data consolidation & enrichment, data quality and more. Thanks to our growing customer base, we are extending our team in Prague, the Czech Republic. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated data enthusiast with great communication skills and BI background, who is eager to learn new tools and techniques and work on customer projects across various industry verticals.

What will you do:

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights,

Build and optimize data models and dataflows in Power BI and Azure environments,

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into effective BI solutions,

Participate in data architecture discussions and learn how data is structured, integrated, and governed,

Get exposure to a wide tech stack including Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx, Collibra, and more,

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, trainings, and tech sessions,

Continuously learn — whether it’s advanced Power BI, cloud data tools, or governance frameworks.

What do we expect:

Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dataflows),

Good understanding of SQL and basic data transformation concepts,

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can explain data to both business and tech audiences,

Curiosity to explore new tools and concepts (ETL, data governance, cloud platforms, automation, etc.),

Fluent English and Czech 

A proactive, collaborative mindset — you like to take ownership and bring ideas to the table,

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
