About the Role

The BI Analytics Ops Specialist collects and analyzes information to inform optimal operational and strategic decisions. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and product management, requiring a strong engineering background and expertise in SQL and Python for querying large databases.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure data quality by preparing and configuring source extractions, including normalization and transformation.

Logically structure and construct reconciliation queries.

Develop reports, presentations and dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5+ years in data analytics, BI engineering, or analytics engineering roles.

Solid experience with SQL and Python.

Strong experience with Power BI, DataStudio, Tableau, or QuickSight.

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

The ability to forge strong relationships with clients and team members.

A collaborative approach and a constructive mindset.

Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Comfortable working with multiple remote teams.
