Job Description

As Business Analyst, you will be a key part of our BI / Data Team to drive data‑enabled decision‑making across the organization. You will be working closely with stakeholders from the Operations, Production, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain departments to understand their processes, identify analytical needs, and deliver impactful dashboards and KPI frameworks. By ensuring that data is accurate, accessible, standardized, and actively used, you contribute directly to achieving your ambitious goals — your mission will have a powerful impact.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Data Adoption & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Ensure dashboards, KPIs, and reports are actively used across all departments.

• Spend time with stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and align analytics with operational needs.

• Promote data literacy and support teams in interpreting insights.

• Dashboard Development & Maintenance (Power BI):

• Create, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.Standardize reporting structures, KPI definitions, and visualization guidelines.

• Track dashboard usage, identify underutilized assets, and drive adoption through training and improvements.

• Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency across the organization.

• Requirements & Process Analysis:

• Collect and translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications.

• Document processes, KPI logic, and data definitions.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and reporting optimization.

• Governance & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain reporting governance standards including naming conventions and documentation.

• Monitor and optimize dashboard performance, usability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with technical teams to solve data quality issues and implement enhancements.

• Cross‑Team Coordination & Project Support

• Serve as the interface between operational teams and data/bi teams.

• Support analytics projects from concept to rollout, including testing and training.

• Evaluate new features or tools and drive adoption where beneficial.
