WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• 1-Lead business performance analysis across products, such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading or infrastructure services.
• 2-Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• 3-Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
• 4-Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage.
• 5-Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities.
• 6-Serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics.
• 7-Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.
• 8-Clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products.
• 3-Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
• 4-Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• 5-Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus.
• 6-Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making.
• 7-Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments.
• 8-Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
