BI Analyst – Evolution RNG

Evolution Malta is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive BI Analyst to join our commercial & technical Opsteams in Malta. We are a young and energetic team looking for talented individuals who can enhance our customer relations and capitalize on commercial opportunities, with specific focus on one of the groups key brands.

The BI Analyst role is crucial to Evolution RNG’s success. The ideal candidate will provide insights in areas of improvement as well as evolve the department further given we are in our infancy. This role offers exposure to both business intelligence and technical support, giving you the chance to grow into a well - rounded professional within the iGaming industry.

Who you are:

• Possess a strong work ethic and natural drive to succeed, while maintaining professionalism, composure, and a courteous demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrated interest in the online gambling industry, particularly in the casino segment, with prior B2B experience considered highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL (queries, joins, filtering) and Power BI & Tableau (dashboards, data models, visuals).
• Previous or current experience in similar roles is an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Organised, meticulous, and eager to learn, with the ability to balance data tasks and client - facing responsibilities

• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as power BI, Tableau or similar platforms; Strong proficiency in SQL,preferably knowledge of Python for data querying and manipulation
• Create DAX measures and maintain scalable data models to support self - service reporting
• Work directly with internal stakeholders (Product, Commercial, Finance) to translate "business speak" into technical data requirements
• Perform regular audits of back - office data against BI reports to ensure 100% accuracy in our metrics
• Assist in the transition/management of data within Microsoft Fabric, including experience with OneLake, Lakehouses, and Warehouses
• Strong analytical and problem-  solving skills;
• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) DirectLake mode to provide near real - time reporting
