About the Job:
We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work the morning shift on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Days off are Mondays and Tuesdays. Must be available to work every weekend. Total hours will be about 25 - 30 hours per week. Start time is 6:00 AM. Shifts are 5 to 8 hours in duration, depending on the needs of the facility.
This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee.
Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred.
Job Duties:
Job duties include paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Other duties include: cleaning, dishes, laundry, computer work, washing company vehicles, yard work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, client transportation and more.
Job Requirements: Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. (if you don't have a RADT, we can help you through the process to obtain it). Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year. Must have a California drivers license.
