We adviseren en begeleiden cliënten onder andere bij fusies en overnames, herstructureringen, vastgoedtransacties, financieringen en governance vraagstukken. Je komt in aanraking met onderwerpen uit het goederenrecht en het (internationale) ondernemingsrecht.
