Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems Ltd. founded in summer of 2003, manufacture automotive components and electric drives. Nowadays employing more than 2500 people. Our company is the number one supplier to many car and eBike manufacturers and one of the fastest growing factories in the region.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical contact towards suppliers for all preventive quality topics
• Organizing and conducting technical discussions with suppliers
• Planning and implementing quality assurance activities for purchased components
• Close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
• Managing quality assurance documents and uploading them to internal systems
• Applying quality assurance tools (e.g., IQS, ECM Future)
• Reporting quality topics up to executive management
• Conducting process releases at suppliers and ensuring compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preventive quality assurance
• Experience in plastic molding
• Experience in automotive quality processes (e.g., Concession, PPAP)
• Process release experience at suppliers
• Fluent English skills (negotiation level)
• Preferably native Hungarian speaker
• Excellent technical insight and analytical thinking
• Highly structured working style
• Strong assertiveness towards suppliers and project stakeholders
• Communicative personality with strong problem-solving skills
• Regular business travel (1–2 trips/month) to suppliers

Advantages:

• Experience working with international supplier base
• Background in automotive Tier 1 or OEM environment
• Knowledge of supplier development methodologies
