About us
We are metecontrol Energy GmbH – a newly founded company for innovative energy storage solutions and part of a successful medium-sized company in the renewable energy sector, focusing on battery energy storage systems (BESS)for the commercial sector. Our business model is based on three pillars:• Energy as a Service – operation of battery storage systems on customer premises to provide cost-effective electricity.
• Leasing solutions – leasing of battery systems to commercial customers.
• Direct sales – sale of energy storage systems to business customers.
Our goal is to offer companies sustainable, flexible, and economically attractive energy solutions.
What you can expect• You will identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers in the DACH region – from medium-sized industrial companies to the real estate industry.
• You will develop customized offers for our three business models and conduct negotiations with confidence – from initial contact to closing the deal.
• You will build long-term customer relationships and ensure sustainable sales growth.
• You will analyze market and regulatory developments in the BESS sector and derive strategic measures from them.
• You will develop new sales channels and business development approaches, working closely with the technical and management teams.
• You will maintain a relevant network – from EPCs and installers to energy suppliers.
Your profile::
• A degree in business administration, energy management, engineering, or comparable training.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in one of the following areas: Energy, photovoltaics, energy storage, or SaaS/Energy-as-a-Service.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing complex contracts.
• A good basic technical understanding of decentralized energy systems and battery storage.
• Confident manner at the decision-maker level (C-level), strong communication skills.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are eager to take on responsibility in a rapidly growing market.
• Very good German and English skills.
