BESS Delivery Expert (m/f/d)

• You define, manage, and continuously improve the lifecycle of internal and external requirements for the quality management system of the BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Fulfillment Organization.
• You support verification processes (e.g. pre-acceptance, final acceptance, plan reviews) with your technical expertise and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic customer projects.
• You conduct sample inspections of BESS systems, document findings, and define corrective and preventive measures.
• You regularly review and audit the BESS delivery organization to ensure compliance and excellence.
• You continuously assess risks and implement measures to avoid operational, reputational, and financial risks for asset holders.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (or an equivalent field).
• You bring 5+ years of professional experience in the energy sector, with strong focus on solar power plants and BESS.
• You have proven expertise in planning, delivery, and operation of mid- to large-scale BESS projects.
• You possess strong knowledge of German and international regulations relevant to BESS delivery and operation.
• You work in an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented way.
• You embody determination, responsibility, and a proactive “can-do” attitude that motivates others.
• You communicate fluently in German and English (both C1+).

Enpal is located in Berlin, but you can work from anywhere within Germany, there is no need to relocate.
