About the Role We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide daily support to clients and employees via email and phone. This role involves handling benefit inquiries, processing life events, assisting with claims, maintaining databases, and supporting Open Enrollment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in benefits administration and customer service. ** Key Responsibilities** -Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and task systems. -Support Open Enrollment preparation and execution. -Process benefit claims, plan changes, and enrollment updates. -Ensure accurate payroll deductions and benefit enrollments. -Communicate with carriers to resolve issues and confirm coverage. -Perform audits, generate reports, and maintain compliance. -Assist with special projects and benefit-related tasks.
Requirements -2 - 4 years of professional experience (2+ in Benefits Administration preferred). -Strong customer service or client-facing experience. -Advanced English (reading, writing, conversational). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like Prism HR. -Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and adaptability. -Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
