Our Benefits & Expenses team is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated individual to join us as a Benefits & Expense Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for business travel expense and benefits questions, ensuring our clients and talent have an exceptional experience.

What you will do as a Benefits & Expense Specialist...

• Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
• Resolve expense-related inquiries and discrepancies
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Keep the process documentation and the knowledge base up to date
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Provide excellent customer service to employees

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, expense management, or related role
• Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, or expense management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• English language

Desirable (but not required):

• Other languages (French, Spanish, German..)
