Join our Global Benefits and Retirement Programs team as a Benefits and Retirement Programs Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting processes and team members across our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, ambitious performance targets, and diverse stakeholders while making a meaningful impact on employee programs across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute benefits and retirement processes for the Great America Region
• Provide expert support and solutions for employee inquiries
• Collaborate with Program Offices to enhance program design and employee experience
• Generate complex reports and resolve system discrepancies
• Support payments and Purchase Order submission
• Apply analytical thinking to improve process quality and efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HRGO teams
• Contribute to global quality, customer service, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Advanced English
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Phycology or related
• 3+ years of related work experience in human resources support or benefit program administration or related and Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6+ months of experience in:
• Automation experience (RPA, RDA)
• Benefits and Retirement programs background
• Process improvement/Lean methodology knowledge
• Business Process Management experience
