Bellman

We are hiring for a Bellman to join the guest services team at a high-end property in the heart of Atlanta, GA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a fond farewell. As a Bellman, you will assist guests with luggage, transportation, and provide helpful information about the hotel’s amenities and surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a guest-first mindset, and a passion for luxury service.

Salary: $16.00/hr - Weekly Pay

Bellman Responsibilities:

Greet arriving guests and assist with unloading luggage.

Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of amenities.

Deliver messages, packages, and room service items as needed.

Provide directions, recommendations, and transportation assistance.

Maintain cleanliness and order at the front entrance and bell stand.

Assist with valet or parking services when necessary.

Support front desk and concierge teams during high-volume periods.

Bellman Qualifications:

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 75 lbs.

Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation options is a plus.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
