Aliée Istanbul, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking an energetic, guest-focused, and detail-oriented “Bellman” to deliver a warm and seamless arrival experience for our distinguished guests.

This is more than a guest assistance role; it is the first impression of the Aliée journey. At Aliée, the Bellman team plays an essential part in creating memorable arrivals and departures through professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.

As a “Bellman”, you will embody the refined spirit of Aliée by ensuring each guest is welcomed with elegance and care from the very first moment. From handling luggage with precision to escorting guests through the property and assisting with personalized requests, you will contribute to a flawless luxury experience that reflects the sophistication of our brand.

 

• Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
• Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and room delivery
• Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams
• Support guest requests promptly and courteously
• Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming
• Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
• Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a similar guest service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor
• Ability to handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Physically able to assist with luggage handling when required
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic environment
