Beit Mery - Bartender – Pool Restaurant

Private Members' Club located in Beit Mery, Metn.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide fast, professional, and courteous service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and service areas
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Set up and close down the bar station daily
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with service staff when needed
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Check guest age where required and serve alcohol responsibly
• Contribute to a positive guest experience in line with the restaurant’s service standards

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, beach club, pool bar, hotel, or similar hospitality setting
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, spirits, soft drinks, and coffee service
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed
• Basic English required; additional languages are a plus
