Do you enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in their lives? At
Building Block Resolutions, we support children, teens, and families affected by autism through
compassionate, evidence-based care—and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our
team.
This is an entry-level role with full paid training provided, and a great opportunity to start a
career in the ABA field.
What You’ll Do :
● Provide 1:1 support to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
● Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through structured and play-based
activities
● Follow individualized behavior plans with support from supervisors
● Track progress through data collection (we train you!)
● Collaborate with families and your clinical team to support each child’s growth
What to Expect : This role is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires commitment and consistency.
● You will be active, engaged, and hands-on throughout your sessions
● Some days can be challenging, requiring patience and problem-solving
● You’ll learn how to navigate behaviors professionally and safely
● Growth comes with experience, support, and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:
● Passion for working with children and making a difference
● Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
● Strong communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to stay calm and engaged in different situations
● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred (not required):
● Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
● Background in psychology, education, or related fields
Schedule Requirements :
● Availability Monday–Friday (varied schedules based on client needs)
● Consistency is key to supporting client progress
