Position is On-Call PRN

Position Description:
Performs related work as assigned, including assisting clients with any questions or needs.
Process new client intake inventory
Works closely with BHT Leads to ensure full compliance to HRC protocols and procedures
Facilitate Peer groups as assigned by BHT III (Lead) and or BHT Supervisor, as back
up to BHT II (CPC)
Transportation of clients being picked up for intake or drop off for discharges (as back up to BHT II- CPC)
Complete documentation as pertains to groups and client incidents
Facilitates discharge of clients including all documentation (as back up to BHT II – CPC)
Provides services to individuals, including living skills, case management, and social support.
Performs related work as assigned, including assisting staff and clients with laundry, dishes, housekeeping, and garbage disposal.
Facilitates client self-administration of medication (as back up to Med Tech, CSS, and BHT III Leads)
Provides information to the treatment team to inform treatment decision making
Assist clients in crisis situations involving social, emotional, health, and other obstacle
Answers and responds to calls at Holman Recovery Center
Links clients to available resources in the community post-treatment
Monitors recreation, physical fitness, and appropriate leisure activities
Identification of verbal and non-verbal cues for potential aggressive behavior and application of de-escalation techniques to the situation.
Provides oversight to clients during housekeeping, meal service, and various daily activities.
Facilitates room changes and bed checks
Facilitating smoke breaks for clients
Provides services to individuals, including living skills, case management, and social support.
Transport clients to medical appointments as back up to BHT II (CPC)
Availability to cover staff shortages as needed (schedule to be adjusted)
Serves as backup to BHT II- CPC for client tour, change out and UA
Assists clients in adherence to “client daily schedule “
Qualifications
Must demonstrate professionalism and appropriate boundaries in all interactions with team members and clients.
Must be able to work independently to complete job tasks with little daily direct supervision
Must be able to work well in a Team setting and remain flexible in a changing work environment
Willingness to work with adults who may possess some behavioral challenges
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Education and Experience, Certificates, and Licenses:
Must have and have a high school diploma with at least one year of experience that is relevant to the primary responsibilities of this position.
