Job Description

TAP is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Technicians. No clinical experience required—training provided!

What You’ll Do:

Support clients in home, school, and community settings

Assist with behavioral interventions and crisis de-escalation

Document client progress and maintain safety

Help clients build daily living and coping skills

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)

Preferred:

Experience in mental health, caregiving, or education
