Patient Care and Observation:
• Monitor patients' behavior, vital signs, and overall well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Observe and document changes in patient behavior and mood.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.

Treatment Plan Implementation:
• Help implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of medical professionals.
• Administer medications and other treatments as directed.
• Lead or participate in therapeutic and recreational activities.

Crisis Intervention:
• Intervene in crisis situations, such as preventing self-harm or violence.
• De-escalate potentially dangerous situations.

Communication and Documentation:
• Communicate with other members of the treatment team, including doctors, nurses, and therapists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior to medical staff.

Other Responsibilities:
• Assist with patient intake and discharge processes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
