Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Detox Program – Bandera, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation: $38–$45 per hour, DOE

Incentives: Differential pay for Nights/Weekends

Overview

A well-established Drug Treatment Facility in Bandera, Texas, is adding RNs to its recovery program. Join a compassionate care team helping adults through detoxification and rehabilitation in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care during detox and recovery phases.

• Monitor patients under CIWA/COWS guidelines.

• Communicate progress to multidisciplinary teams.

• Educate patients and families on recovery maintenance.

• Valid Texas RN license; BLS certification required.

• One year of experience in behavioral health or acute care.

• Team-oriented with excellent clinical and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $38–$45/hr plus shift differential.

• 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights).
