Are you a compassionate nurse who’s passionate about making a meaningful impact? Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team in Conway.

💙 What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Health Case Manager Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating care and supporting patients across the continuum. You’ll work closely with behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Your impact will include:
đź’‰ Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
đź’‰ Providing direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
đź’‰ Coordinating care plans and connecting patients with essential resources
đź’‰ Supporting patients and families in achieving and maintaining optimal wellness
đź’‰ Performing nursing procedures within the Arkansas scope of practice
đź’‰ Collaborating with a compassionate, team-focused clinical staff

đź•– Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM
Some travel required
âś… Qualifications
âś” Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas
âś” Current CPR certification
âś” Previous nursing experience preferred
âś” Strong communication skills and attention to detail
âś” A heart for patient care and community health
