At Patterns Behavioral Services, we are hiring motivated, compassionate individuals to support children with autism and developmental needs through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow in the field, we provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, and/or school settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Support daily living skills such as hygiene, toileting, and independence
• Collect and track data on client progress
• Communicate with families and clinical team members
• Attend trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions

Requirements:
• Experience working with children or in a related field preferred
• High School Graduate / Some college coursework required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to work in both home and clinic environments
• Strong communication and reliability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• RBT certification preferred but not required (training provided)
• CPR/First Aid and Safety Care preferred
