Your role as a Behavior Technician
As a Behavior Technician at Owen Health Care in Springfield, NJ, you will play a vital role in assisting behavioral therapists in creating effective therapy programs for children and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavioral interventions in home and community settings, tailoring service plans to meet each child's unique needs, and managing youth with behavioral challenges. By maintaining a safe environment, monitoring behavior, and organizing engaging activities, you will contribute to the well-being and development of the youth under your care.
