About The Behavior Lab
At The Behavior Lab, we believe in playful learning, compassionate care, and building brighter futures - one child at a time. We are a home and clinic-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company that works closely with children who have behavioral challenges or a diagnosis of Autism. Through play-based, personalized therapy, we help children develop essential life skills in their most comfortable environments - home, clinic, school, or the community.
We’re a supportive, family-oriented team that values creativity, collaboration, and heart. If you're passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniques
Making learning fun through structured play and interactive activities
Tracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviors
Communicating with families and team members to ensure consistent support
Helping adapt therapy plans to fit each child's unique needs
Bringing creativity, energy, and patience to every session
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be an expert - we provide full, paid training. What matters most is your passion for working with kids and your commitment to making a difference.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
A love for working with children and a desire to learn and grow
Strong communication and observation skills
Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently in home and community settings
Tech-savvy and organized, with a positive and creative mindset
Able to work flexible hours (including after school and evenings)

Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with benefits
Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
Ongoing paid training and professional development
