• BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
• Rate is based on years of related experience
• BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas

• Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 8am-1pm
• Lancaster, PA: Tuesday, Thursday 5-6pm
• Lancaster, PA: Monday -Thursday 3:40pm-5:40pm
• Lancaster, PA: Saturday, Sunday 10am-1pm- BHT experience preferred
• Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 9am-2:45pm- SUB need
• Leola, PA: Monday- Friday 9am-12:30pm
• Lititz, PA: Monday- Friday 8am-1pm
• Millersville, PA: Monday, Wednesday 4pm-6pm
• Mount Joy, PA: Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm- BHT experience preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

Requirements:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
